Terms of Use

The short version: it's a free fan-made trivia game. Play fair, be decent to other guests, and everything here is provided as-is. Last updated: October 30, 2026.

The game

E-Ticket Trivia is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. Features, questions and leaderboards may change over time. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and availability is not guaranteed.

Unofficial fan work & trademarks

E-Ticket Trivia is an unofficial, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Merlin Entertainments, or any other theme park operator. All park, ride, attraction and company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners; they are referenced solely for trivia, commentary and identification purposes. No copyrighted artwork, photography, logos or music from any park operator is used in this game — its artwork is original and its music is original synthesized composition.

Fair play

• Play as a human: no bots, scripts, automated answering or score manipulation.
• Guest names must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or contain personal information about anyone else. Names and leaderboard entries that break this rule may be removed.
• Don't attempt to disrupt rooms, the leaderboards or the service itself.

Question accuracy

Questions were written and audited for factual accuracy, and theme parks change constantly — rides close, records fall, records get broken. Content is offered for entertainment on a best-effort basis and may occasionally lag behind the real parks.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of E-Ticket Trivia are not liable for any damages arising from use of the game. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
