Is E-Ticket Trivia free?

Yes — completely. Solo play, multiplayer rooms, the narrator and the leaderboards are all free, with no paywall, no energy timers and no "premium questions." The whole 630,000-question bank is in the game for everyone.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no sign-ups and no passwords. Pick a guest name, and you're in. Leaderboard entries are just the name you chose, your score, the category and the date.

How many questions are there, really?

630,000: 315,000 in English and 315,000 in Spanish, spread evenly across 21 categories — 15,000 per category per language, split between Guest (Easy), Passholder (Medium) and Legend (Expert) difficulties. You could play a full round every day for years and never see a repeat.

What languages does it support?

English and Spanish, fully — the interface, all 630,000 questions, and the voice narrator. Tap the EN/ES toggle on the home screen. In multiplayer, the room plays in the host's language.

How does multiplayer work?

One player creates a room and gets a 4-letter code. Everyone else joins with that code — no accounts, no friend lists. The host picks the category and difficulty, and the whole room answers the same 10 questions on the same 45-second clock. See How to Play for scoring and tiebreakers.

What happens if I disconnect mid-game?

Rejoin with the same name and room code. Your score, streak and place in the standings are restored — even if the round is still running. Rooms stay open while at least one guest is still inside (or a round is in progress).

Who is the voice reading the questions?

Bill — a warm, vintage-Americana announcer voice. Narration plays automatically for every question and stops as soon as you answer. You can mute it with the VOICE button on the home screen; your choice is remembered on your device.

How do ties work?

Standings rank by score, then most correct answers, then fastest average answer time. Still level on all three? It's a shared win — both names go on top, and multiplayer wins count for both players.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes. On iPhone/iPad: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android: use Chrome's "Add to Home screen" / "Install app" option. It launches full-screen with its own ticket icon.

I think a question's answer is wrong. What now?

Every question shows a short fact after the reveal — check it against the fact first. The bank passed full answer-key audits before launch, and it is re-audited in scheduled quality passes; notable corrections are folded into those passes. If you spot one, remember the category and the question text — that's everything an auditor needs to find it in a bank of 630,000.
